Terry Maye

Terry Lynn “Fatts” Maye was born to Elijah and Snowie Lee Maye on October 31, 1959.  He went home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2016.  Terry attended Columbus Public Schools.  He was self employed, loved and painting and working on homes.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  Terry’s warm spirit and kind heart will forever be remembered.  Terry’s health began to decline over the last year, but he still remained strong.  He will truly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Elijah and Snowie Lee Maye, brothers; Elijah and his twin Gary Maye, adopted father Eddie Lee Upchurch.

Terry leaves to cherish his memories his wife; Joyce Maye, son; Tyron Maye, stepdaughter; Moka, six brothers and sisters Ronald, Carol, Helen, Paul, Paulett and Jessica, 8 adopted brothers and sisters; Richard (Gayle), Eddie, Debra (Richard) Reavish, June, Dennis, Vickie, Barry (Altimeice), Calvin (Shalonda) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
