Virginia Bell Price

Virginia Bell Price, age 65. Sunrise November 14, 1958, and Sunset November 28, 2023.

Virginia was born in Martinsville, Virginia where she went to school for elementary and middle school. She and her other siblings were relocated to Columbus, Ohio in her teenage years, after the passing of their parents. Virginia attended and graduated from Brookhaven High School. After high school, Virginia worked all her life and loved to stay active and socialize. Her last employment was at Sam’s Club. She loved to laugh and meet new people. She had a good time with her co-workers, and they were important to her.

Virginia is survived by her spouse, Robert Price, Jr., children and grandchildren. From that marriage, there are two blended families. Virginia loved her family and would protect and help her family, no matter what.

Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Walker Dillard and Lillian Barbara Marshall; siblings, Thomas Walker Dillard, Jr., Sallie Mae Banks, James Dillard, Marie Dillard, David Dillard, Kathy Dillard and George Dillard.

She leaves to carry on her legacy and cherish the memories of her children and grandchildren; children, Fatina Marie Reeves, Michael Ray Reeves, Jr. (Quintana Marie Reeves) and Senequee Moniquee Reeves, Robert Price, III, Latashia Tooks and Marisa Price; grandchildren, Kala Cheyenne Reeves, Brandice Raychelle Smith, Gary Michael Smith, Jurnee MyLisa Reeves, JaiQuanay Marie, Michele Monique, Micheal Ray III, Synceer Lee; special aunt, Hilda Marshall; special friend who was like a sister and another mom to her children, Judy Ross and a host of nephews, nieces, other close relatives, and friends.

Visitation 1:00 PM and Funeral Service 2:00 PM Friday, December 8, 2023 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd).
